Key Terms

Redemption Center: A dedicated interface within the Reward Bank where users can access their reward balance, explore available redemption options, and process their reward claims. This serves as the hub for all reward-related activities.

Collectible Reward: Reward value earned by users through completing eligible, rewardable actions. These rewards can be accumulated over time and held until the user chooses to redeem them.

Redemption Options: A configurable set of reward types that users can choose from to convert their accumulated values (e.g., gift cards, coupons, etc.)

Redemption Rate: The ratio at which accumulated rewards convert into redeemable value (e.g., 10 points = $1). This determines how much customers can claim based on their earned points.

Customer Experience

    At any time, customers can log in to the Redemption Center, view available rewards, and redeem based on their balance and the current redemption rate.

    All activity is recorded in the Redemption History, giving users full visibility into their reward journey.
