What is the Extole Admin API?
Extole's Admin API is a collection of REST-style endpoints that provide you with the ability to create online events related to your programs in the Extole platform. The Admin API differs from the Customer API because it authenticates server-to-server and provides client-level access to your programs.
Authentication
Extole requires REST admins to authenticate themselves using an OAuth API identifier. All calls must go over SSL. Your OAuth access token is typically passed in the Authorization header.
Key Management
Your keys are managed through My Extole in the Security Center. Create your first key by clicking the + New Key button. Once you've filled out the key fields, Extole will temporarily display the newly created and random key for you.
